I believe the formula for healthy Self Esteem include the following keys: Confidence- for believing you can do it. Worth-for believing you deserve it. Faith-for believing you will get it. After reflecting on this formula I was surprised that “worth” is my weakest link.
Think that’s something I need to work on in the new year. What about you?
